With the IKONART custom stencil kit, I have been able to make a wide range of reusable mesh stencils.  These stencils show a lot of detail since they are mesh. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing a stencil.  Prices start at $15.  The stencil can be used at least 10 times when promptly cleaned after use. The image you wish to have made into a stencil must be in black and white and fit onto an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper.

You can use these stencils to make t-shirts however they are not meant for high-volume printing. Taken from the IKONART website:

Fabric Note: Although IKONART Stencils do work on fabric, they were not designed for high-production screen printing runs. You may need to use a fabric tape to keep your shirt secure and tape the stencil on the shirt to keep it from moving around. Using a squeegee designed for screen printing can also help. The adhesive on the back of the stencil was designed to be used with a wide variety of surfaces, and is not aggressive enough to stick to fabric on its own.
